  5. I think meditation is something we can do all the time. A professor of mine once called this the “double aperture” approach. Once you’re awake, as it were, it’s pretty hard to go back to sleep! 🙂 The prof. was talking about Chinese philosophy but Indians have the notion of karma yoga. The yoga of action.
