#October: Anti Bullying Month, National Book Month, Dental Hygiene Month and Halloween πŸŽƒ Did I Miss Something?

PIC COLORFUL MEANNESS IS A SIGN OF WEAKNESS

Unless you are a bully, no one likes them. I feel the only way I feel to get them out of your life is to walk away or stand up to them. I did any article on bullying some time ago and it seems to be a constant theme for many. If someone is bullying you, tell someone you trust and do something about it. The more you allow yourself to be bullied, the worse it will get. You deserve peace.

  2. Funny that oral hygiene month is in October with all that Halloween candy. Seriously, good post. t think you missed anything MG. Agree with standing up against bullies and your suggestions for fighting back. Didn’t know October is National Book month, but agree on the multifarious benefits of reading and books. Yes, every month should be National Book Month.

For those interested in topic of bullying awareness : Many people ‘get it’, that when you are bullied, you should (and most targets) walk away. You just leave. Yes, and you keep on leaving. So, the part that’s missing in that statement is that sometimes, not all the time, but many times, the ‘bully’ is a stalker. It’s hard, nearly impossible to get free from a stalker-bully , as quickly as it is to get free from a (regular – one that doesn’t stalk) bully . To those out there that are being bullied, yes, keep on telling. Use the buddy system out there. And if you must openly record (nothing hidden) your encounters with the bully. (Never conceal any recording device; do it out in the open and you can probably use that as evidence against the bully. Consult a lawyer on that). But always, always, just do what is safe for you to do. If your gut instinct tells you something isn’t safe, then do not do it, no matter what. I like your halloween tips. And the halloween tips can also help those that are being bullied. Great entry on keeping safe and healthy in our society. Peace. artfromperry
